Allied Maker x Buds of Brooklyn: Feature on "Sight Unseen" newsletter

We are delighted to be a part of Allied Maker's feature on Sight Unseen's weekly newsletter. When our friend's at Allied Maker asked us to create a garden oasis in their TriBeCa showroom at 81 Franklin St. NYC, we let our imagination's run wild. Shot by Nicole Franzen, crawling Smilax greenery & a modern, tropical floral installation nicely complimented the hand-made lighting fixtures by Allied. Check out the write up & more images here

The 2018 Wedding Decor Trends You're About to See Everywhere from WeddingWire

WeddingWire just posted their prediction for the top 8 Wedding Decor Trends you will see in 2018. Yours truly made it the list with our "Edgy and Moody Color Palettes." Check out this link for the full write up + other amazing trends we hope to see in the upcoming year. From Cosmic Inspiration to Neon Signs - 2018 wedding season is destined to be out of this world.

"Burgundy and black sounds like a risky combination, but when done right, the results are make-your-jaw-drop gorgeous. We can't get enough of this dramatic color palette, especially for fall and winter weddings. It's a far cry from the pastel-filled weddings of years past, but it's already becoming just as popular throughout the wedding scene. When combined with details like marbled invitations, faux fur accents and oversized floral arrangements, this moody palette feels bohemian and romantic."

Our Buds Weddings: Sandrine + Eric feature on Munaluchi

When a bride tells us to "just do our thing," we are MORE than happy to oblige. And to say working with Sandrine & her best friend/planner Joy was a pleasure, is an understatement. We had endless inspiration from the bride & groom's West Indian backgrounds & their beautiful, historic venue in Long Island City, NY. From the vibrant colors, modern geo's & of course The Metropolitan Building's eclectic vintage vibe, it is definitely one unforgettable wedding for the Buds Team.

Check out MunaLuchi Bride for their full post on Sandrine & Eric's Urban Chic wedding along with credit to all of the wonderful vendors we worked with.
